Meet John & Denice Beggs

Relocating from Illinois in 1986, John and Denice Beggs began living the magic that is working, playing and loving life on Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Florida. Today, the Beggs are “true islanders” well-known and well liked for their appreciation of the gift of being able to call Sanibel and Captiva home. Over the years, they have also earned a sparkling reputation as real estate professionals of the highest quality, integrity, honesty, passion, service and attention to detail. Very few individuals who hire them -be it buying or selling a home - fail to ultimately call them “friends”.

John and Denice have owned residential property on both islands as well as a commercial property on Captiva. They have also owned and operated retail businesses on Captiva in this commercial center. Denice worked for the City of Sanibel in their early years on the island in the Recreation Department.

John and Denice’s specialties are Luxury Real Estate Sales, Waterfront properties, Vacation homes and Investment properties. Denice has earned the Sanibel Captiva Island Specialist Designation.
