Relocating to Sanibel from rural northern Illinois in 1986, John and Denice found the islands to offer a ‘Different Rhythm’ and ‘Quality of Life’ that cannot be matched.

John has been active in Real Estate on Sanibel/Captiva since 1987. John currently works with his wife, Denice. Their teamwork is dedicated to quality service, attention to detail and providing “Service You Can Count On.” They are Captiva Island residents.

John and Denice are members of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Greater Ft. Myers & the Beach. They are also active members of many island community groups such as Big Arts, Captiva Island Yacht Club, CROW, Sanibel/Captiva Cares, PURRE, “Ding” Darling Wildlife Society and SCCF. John is currently President of the Captiva Hide-a-way Condominium Association.
